If you are not happy with your new Mills apartment home, we will release you from your lease within the first 30 days. You will only have to pay for the time you lived with us.
Should you need to move to a more convenient community at Mills Properties, we want to make this move as easy as possible for you. All you have to do is give 30 days’ written notice to your current Mills Community. You will pay no application fee and no termination fee.*

Mills' Maintenance Team aims to respond to any maintenance request within 48 hours of the request.

Mills Properties is your home and pets are family – we want you to be able to enjoy your home with your family. A majority of our communities are pet friendly and many offer bark parks where your four-legged family can play off-leash.
